- ・札幌駅前④のりば7：00発の便変更・キャンセル等は、予約受付時間外のため、前日の受付時間までにご連絡お願いいたします。
- ・12月～3月の間、到着時間は10分遅くなります。

【キャンセル手数料について】
キャンセル日に応じて段階的に手数料が発生します。
〈例〉7月30日乗車の場合（以下、キャンセル日）
予約日～7月22日：片道100円、7月23日～7月28日：運賃の30％、7月29日：運賃の40％、7月30日：運賃の50％
【購入（決済）期限について】
「予約日の翌日から3日以内」かつ「乗車日の4日前」までに決済を行ってください。
また、「乗車日の3日前から乗車日までの予約」は即時決済をお願いいたします。
〈例〉7月30日乗車の場合（以下、予約日）
予約開始～7月26日：「予約日の翌日から3日以内」かつ「乗車日の4日前」までに決済
7月27日～7月30日：即時決済
【ご注意】
※1 購入期限までに決済されていない予約は、自動キャンセルとなります。
※2 購入（決済）御の変更等はできませんので、キャンセル・払い戻しの手続きをしていただいてから、改めて予約・購入となります。
※3 雪害等、バス会社都合による運休の場合も、キャンセル・払い戻しの手続きをしていただいてから、改めて予約・購入となります。
※4 ※2、※3の場合、購入いただいた運賃と変わる場合がございますのでご了承願います。
※5 乗車3日前から即時決済となるため、電話予約はできませんのでご了承願います。

- ・直行便は、札幌駅前ターミナルではなく、「札幌駅前（ホクレンビル前）」停留所に停車します。
