We support our cab drivers by providing them with a loan subsidy system, and our bus drivers by providing them with a large type 2 license training system.

Hokuto Kotsu's New Chitose Airport bus services are used by more than 1 million passengers a year, and we have introduced the GO (Go) cab dispatch application for cabs running within Sapporo and Chitose City, among other efforts to make our services more accessible to customers! Scope of Work

The following three main types of driving are entrusted to us!
(1) Airport Connection Bus
Buses connecting airports and Sapporo City, such as between Sapporo City and New Chitose Airport or Okadama Airport.
(2) Intercity Express Bus
This bus connects Sapporo City with Wakkanai, Nemuro, Hakodate, Obihiro, and other cities in Hokkaido.
Charter bus
This bus is designed for groups for sightseeing and school events.

We start with approximately one month of instruction.

STEP.1 In-house training
Students learn the basics of customer service etiquette, bus driving and operation, and routes!
STEP.2 Apprenticeship
During the one-week apprentice training, you will work with a senior crew member to confirm the points to keep in mind on the job site and what you have learned in the in-house training! After you have acquired a solid knowledge, you will be able to stand on your own, so there is no need to worry even if you have no experience! If you don't have a license, we also have a license training program.

Thereafter, the scope of work will expand depending on experience, starting with (1).
You can take a break each operation, so you can work in a relaxed atmosphere!

Eligibility for Application Large Class 2 license holder/Experienced person is preferred.
(There is a training program for a large class 2 driver's license.)
No academic background required
(No experience, freeters, new graduates, and recent graduates are welcome / Senior citizens are active)
salary Monthly salary: 220,000 yen to 250,000 yen

Cabs make an extensive contribution to public transportation in the city of Chitose and can play a role in its growth. There are three industrial parks in the city, where major companies have established operations, and many employees are active in these parks. As a result, there is strong demand for cabs from companies.
New Chitose Airport is used by many people every day, and is frequented not only by JR but also by buses and cabs. Many people work or commute within the airport, and there is a constant demand for cabs. In addition, with the opening of LAPIDUS, a semiconductor company, in the vicinity of the airport and the expected concentration of many related companies in Chitose, demand for cabs is expected to grow even more in the future.
Tourism is also booming, with an increasing number of people traveling to Sapporo, Otaru, Niseko, Rusutsu, and Tomamu using large vehicles (Alphard and Hiace).
Chitose is an attractive town for the cab industry and an area that can generate a lot of revenue depending on motivation.

■Compensation
Minimum compensated monthly salary of 180,000 yen plus commission for the first 6 months of employment
After the 7th month, full piece-rate system *Minimum wage is guaranteed.

Day shift/04:00-12:30, 7.5 hours per day
Night shift / 15:00 - 24:00, 8 hours per week (40 hours per week)
