Introduction of Automatic Voice Response (IVR) for Late-Night Dispatch(From May 7, 2025)
In accordance with a review of our business structure, we have terminated accepting vehicle dispatches by operators in the late-night hours and replaced it with accepting orders through an automated voice response (IVR) system.Pre-registration is required to use the automated voice response system (IVR).

Payment Methods
Hokuto Kotsu cabs accept a variety of payment methods including cash, cab tickets, credit cards, QR code payment, electronic money, and transportation system IC. In addition, the taxi dispatch application "GO" allows customers to complete payment within the application.

- If a payment method is set within the "GO" app, payment can be completed within the app, eliminating the need to settle the bill after arriving at the destination!
You can also manage your receipts on the web. Please download and use the application.

Sightseeing Taxi Information
If you want to go sightseeing by cab, you can take a cab from in front of the arrival hall of the airport or from your hotel.
No need to make connections or carry luggage.
We can accommodate not only trips to Hokkaido, but also weddings, funerals, golf, skiing, etc., regardless of the season.
